Bass & Grass 2024
Bass & Grass is an all-inclusive, all-access, intimate gathering of good people focused on music and creativity, fishing and floating, exceptional food and camaraderie and of course, humor and kindness. Bass & Grass is hosted by the Green Bell, a gorgeous natural property with a long history of hospitality, the perfect spot for a friendly, relaxing and very musical weekend.
Artist Lineup
It’s another whopper of a lineup - Tim O’Brien and Jan Fabricius, Larry Keel’s Electric Larry Land, Steve “Big Daddy” McMurry, Nikki Talley and Jason Sharpe, Fil Pate, Bobby Miller, plus there’s always the possibility of a few more surprises!

Fish, Pick, & Hang
Bass and Grass kicks off with supper Thursday night and it doesn’t let up ’till Sunday noon, a full weekend of unforgettable fun! The day’s activities include fishing, canoeing, hiking, hanging out on the dock at Goose Lake, music workshops, plenty of pickin’ circles and lots of good eating.
Bass Fishing
Fishing will be conducted from john boats with electric trolling motors. Expect non-stop bass action from top water lures, crank baits and, of course, the old reliable soft plastic worm.
Music Workshops
The workshops are circle-style on the large screen porch at the barn. Guitar pickers, banjo players, bass, mandolin, fiddle players, singers, and listeners too will be enriched by the experience.
Good eats
The Bass and Grass experience includes 3 square meals a day of delicious Southern cooking. Highlights include a world-famous fish fry, all-day barbecue grilling sessions, hearty breakfasts, and strong coffee.
